Van’s Note: Van here, Jeff Brown’s longtime managing editor. At The Bleeding Edge, we bring our readers the very latest advances in the world of technology. But every once in a while, we like to feature interesting ideas from our friends and colleagues…

Today, we’re excited to share a new essay from our colleague Teeka Tiwari. He’s considered by many to be America’s No. 1 investor… and he has his pulse on some of the biggest developments in the venture capital (VC) space.

Of course, for most regular investors, this type of investing is typically off limits. These deals are usually driven by VC firms, high-net-worth individuals, and other sources of institutional capital.

But in today’s essay, Teeka is looking beyond the rarified world of venture capital. In fact, he’s turning his attention to pre-IPO deals that are available to regular investors.

And he believes one pre-IPO deal will give readers the chance to bring in “VC-like” gains by investing alongside a billionaire… all before the deal ever lists on the New York Stock Exchange.

On Wednesday, October 6, at 8 p.m. ET, Teeka will be holding an emergency briefing for his next pre-IPO deal. If you’re interested, you can sign up here

And make sure to read on for Teeka’s insights…

I’m sure you’ve heard of Facebook co-founder and multibillionaire Mark Zuckerberg.

But have you heard of David Choe?

He made his riches in an early deal with Facebook. But he’s not a programmer, social media specialist, or even an investor.

He’s a graffiti artist who spent time behind bars.

Hungry for work after getting out of jail, he painted Facebook’s first office in 2005 when it was still in its startup stages.

At the time, Facebook was an early stage pre-IPO… That’s a private company valued at less than $1 billion.

Since the company was trying to conserve cash, it offered Choe a choice for payment: $60,000 cash or $60,000 worth of pre-IPO Facebook stock.

Choe took the stock… And today, it’d be worth more than $500 million – a massive 833,233% gain.

The key to Choe’s wealth was he got his shares when Facebook was a pre-IPO.

Had he gotten the shares at the same price public investors paid on IPO day – when the company’s stock became available to the public – he would’ve made just over $470,000.

That’s nothing to sneeze at… But it isn’t $500 million.

Here’s the thing…

If you want to accelerate your wealth journey from decades to as little as 24 hours… you need to invest in private companies like Facebook before they go public.

The Overnight Millionaire’s Market

Most people think it’s impossible to make life-changing gains in 24 hours… That’s because Wall Street’s BIG LIE has brainwashed them.

The BIG LIE says if you want to get rich in the markets…. you need to spend your entire life’s savings, putting it in a 401k or retirement account… and letting the money compound for 30, 40, even 50 years.

But investing in the right pre-IPO company can radically accelerate your wealth journey from decades to as little as 24 hours.

No other market event creates more overnight millionaires than a pre-IPO going public:

  • Early investors in Google who got in at the pre-IPO stage had a chance to make 36,166% in its first 24 hours of trading.

  • Facebook’s early investors who got in at the pre-IPO stage had a chance to make 121,822% in its first 24 hours of trading.

  • And early Twitter investors who got in at the pre-IPO stage had a chance to make 110,614% in its first 24 hours of trading.

For decades, these types of pre-IPO investments were only available to the Silicon Valley elite… So if you weren’t an insider or connected like David Choe, you were out of luck.

But thanks to a change in the law, private companies can now raise money from wealthy and everyday investors alike. That means now you can invest in pre-IPOs, too.

Three Steps to Financial Freedom

To make life-changing gains in the public markets, you need to buy companies like Facebook before they go public. And thanks to a rule change by the SEC, now you can.

They’re called Regulation A+ offerings. And they’re open to the general public – not just accredited investors with a net worth of over $1 million. And in some cases, you can buy into them with minimums of $500 to $1,000.

But finding the best deals isn’t easy. And not every pre-IPO will return a substantial profit on IPO day.

That’s why I created a three-step process to find the best ones…

To truly achieve financial freedom, a pre-IPO needs to meet three criteria. It must be:

  • Poised to disrupt a massive industry: Just like Uber completely disrupted the entire taxi industry… Airbnb disrupted the entire hospitality industry… And Facebook completely reinvented social media.

  • Still in its early stages: This simply means the private company’s private value is less than $1 billion.

  • And have an IPO on the horizon: This is the real secret to making life-changing gains. You must find a way to get into the deal before it goes public.

According to one study, pre-IPO investing has made almost four times the return of public market investing over the last two decades.

And now, you have a chance to invest in one of these deals…

I’ve discovered an opportunity that gives you a chance to get in on a pre-IPO deal with a billionaire.

This billionaire has 11 pre-IPO deals under his belt. And the gains are mind-bending: 12,400%… 18,200%… even an astronomical 460,000%. (You can find his full track record here.)

This billionaire has just announced deal No. 12, and this time you can get in on it, too…

I’ll reveal how – for free – on Wednesday, October 6, at 8 p.m. ET. Click here for details.

The last time I made a pre-IPO recommendation at an event like this, it filled up in just 12 hours… And I believe this deal could go even quicker. So RSVP now.

Let the Game Come to You!
